Deep Listening: Mindful Motion

Deep Listening is a meditative movement practice designed to direct attention to the embodied moment. The vocabulary and explorations arise from my integrative study and practice of the Feldenkrais Method®, dance and other somatic approaches.
Students need to be comfortable lying on the floor for extended periods. If you have questions about your ability to participate, please contact me.
